I chose this work out of a sheer passion and drive to do my part in changing lives and to make a positive lasting impact on the well-being of families. I have always had a desire to help others and be that change agent.
I learned early on how to reflect on my own traumatic experiences and build a resiliency that allowed me to recover and share with others how to develop resilient mindsets.
It is a rewarding feeling to see someone overcome. I consider myself a life-long learner and my passion shows by maintaining an openness to continue to hone my skills while helping to guide the new clinician on their path to constant learning, professional development and confirming their passion in the helping field.
